I was introduced
to Intaglio Print/Etching by my sister, who was an art student at Chico State. All it took was one try and I was delighted
to see nature’s perfection imprinted on paper.
From then on, I was addicted and inspired by natural landscape and still
life settings. I have been printing now
for over 12 years and enjoy it more than ever. Other mediums that I explore are fine silver
jewelry making, watercolor and drawing.
I have had the
pleasure of taking first place award at the Del Mar Fair Fine Art Exhibit and
special award from San Diego County Printmakers Association. It has been a great and fortunate experience
to share an exhibit many times with such creative and talented artists.
